PRIME LEGAL is a law firm offering impartial legal advice and a personalised service to foreigners who wish to invest or live in Spain.

Our main focus is property law, but we also deal with other matters related to buying and selling a property in Spain such as taxes, holiday let registration, wills and litigation.
Located in Marbella, at the heart of the Costa del Sol, we have extensive experience and understanding of property law. Our expertise extends to other regions of Spain and we are happy to assist you with your requirements anywhere in the country.

I have a degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master’s degree in legal practice as well as additional training in several subjects such as urban planning laws and non-resident taxation. I have been a member of the Malaga Bar Association since 2005 with associate number 6386.

A personalised, thorough and reliable approach

After more than a decade in the sector I realised that the process of buying and selling a property is often stressful and that clients not only need clear, detailed information about their transaction but personalised attention from their lawyer.

With that in mind, I decided to set up my own law firm to provide the service I know I would like to receive.
